Our deck was old and unsafe. We gathered estimates but didn't trust other contractors. Jeff was recommended by a trusted friend. Jeff and his team did the highest quality work and were careful to do it right. We found other things needing attention as our new deck was being built. Jeff and his team are very thorough, careful and do very high quality work. Having a contractor you can trust and work with is invaluable. We wound up with a beautiful new deck and looking forward to our next project with him.

Jeff & his team did a fabulous job renovating our (very old but equally quant) home. They replaced all of our subfloors and joists, added insulation where there was none, installed new kitchen cabinets, sink, great tile work, new bathroom shower and vanity, drywall work, deck repair....and the list goes on and on! I can’t thank Jeff Perryman and his team enough for coming to my home within the hour of me calling him at 8:00 in the morning when my kitchen was flooded with water. It’s a horrible thing to get up in the morning and walk into a flooded kitchen. I have a separate island in my kitchen with a sink and dishwasher in bottom kitchen cabinets. The water line going to the dishwasher was leaking and water was all in my cabinets and ruined the drywall around the whole island. Jeff and his crew came in and sucked up all the water and put up a plastic perimeter around the island from the sealing to the floor with a zipper door to go in and out. They ripped out the drywall and it was loaded with black mold which Jeff showed me and told me that the dishwasher line had been slowly leaking for quite some time. He installed a new water line for the dishwasher and set up fans and a machine to dry everything out. This was a very stressful situation for me and my wife but Jeff put me and my wife at ease fixing the problem and putting everything back together like it never happened. I’m grateful for calling Caliber Home Improvements and would highly recommend them
